Summary: As we live the second half of our lives, the Four Rivers can gently teach us how to create our own natural flow through connection. It is believed that disconnection from any one of the Rivers opens the door to malaise of mind, body, or spirit -- or all three. A day of River journeys taking us to: The River of Surprise; The River of Love; The River of Inspiration and The River of Challenge. Autumn is the time for contemplation and reflection as we look at our year through the wisdom of each River's flow.

No prior creative writing experience necessary to participate in this Retreat Day and Writing Workshop. 

 

Special Note: Final Retreat Day and Writing Workshop of 2010 held in the northern California Wine Country.

 

Date: Saturday, November 13, 2010

 

Place: Emery Estate Vineyards and Winery, Sonoma Valley, California

 

Time: 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Retreat and Writing Workshop,

followed by:

A Celebration of Community with Emery Estate Wines

Cost: $250 per person

 

Inclusions: Continental breakfast; lunch; refreshments throughout the day and a celebration of community at the end of the day, toasting with Emery Estate wines!  This Retreat will be held in the most spectacular "room with a view" at the secluded Emery Estate Vineyards and Winery in Sonoma Valley, California.
